Montana State University College of Nursing, 1965-2012

This book traces the history of the College of Nursing at Montana State University from the mid 1960s to the present within the context of national professional trends and developments. During those years the school became the College of Nursing, upper division campuses were opened in Missoula, Kalispell, and Bozeman, and the graduate program grew dramatically. The research mission became stronger with faculty and clinical partners expanded resulting in stronger community and state relationships. Throughout these years of rapid change and growth, the College remained true to its mission "to enhance the health of the people of Montana, or nation, and the global community by providing leadership for professional nursing through excellence in education, research, practice, and service."
